just finished Love Is A Mix Tape

true story written by a Rolling Stone writer. I loved it. perfect book for any music fan . . . .

I read that book and loved it. I even found the book on CD because I am not a big reader. My only complaint is that the Crows did not get a mention in the book but other then that it was a great book and I do not like to read. I also found my old copy of the Rolling stone record guide. It’s a great reference book for record reviews & other tidbits. The book dates back to the days of 45’s.

Right now I'm reading Michael Chabon's The Yiddish Policemen's Union. It's very good so far. I went to see Mr. Chabon read/speak at Barnes and Noble a couple of weeks ago and he seems like such an interesting guy. I also loved his Pulitzer Prize-winning novel The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier and Clay.

As I mentioned in my previous post I don’t read that much however I do speak a little Yiddish. Well I can speak some choice words and phrases. My mom can speak it much better then me and my older sister took Yiddish in college and by the end of the class she became a TA. Yiddish went from being Hebrew Slang that only Jewish people especially grandparents spoke to making its way to the English language dictionary .Now so many people even non Jews speak a little Yiddish especially in NY. I will have to check out that book even though it probably has nothing to do with my post.

I read all of The Fault in Our stars last night...
So I throw my hand into the air and it swims in the beams
It's just a brief interruption of the swirling dust *sparkle* jet stream
