IMO it was a big joke. It was okay to send them to prison and they didn't shut them down.

It's weird that a ruling we all think was a joke has had such a chilling effect on other site operators.

Well those sites mentioned aren't big at all. There are much bigger sites out there and private trackers also.

Someone should probably tell Macca that if he cut his iTunes deal then people wouldn't have to illegally download Beatles songs. He's creating a pirate market by not having the catalog available...but that's just my opinion.
