Latest:
4 dead, 13 injured. 5 serverly.

This was no accident. The driver claimed it was an attack.
Its believed that it has no terroristic sign. Driver is a man, 38 yr and dutch.

Driver is 1 of the severly injured.

Ill try to keep this updated every few hrs or so.

5th person lost is life.

Just have to say that the driver is a native. Cant imagine what would've happened if it turned out not to be a native.

I was thinking the exact same thing Ed.

Anton sadly there are too many people here who are not very positive about the people who live here that come from other countries especially the youth from Marokko has a bad reputation. So every time a not native makes the news doing something bad they use it to fuel the hate even politicians.

Indeed, what Sandra said.
When i saw this happening, my first thought was....I hope its not 1 from Marocco. Like Sandra said, they have a bad rep.
If it would have been 1 from Marocco, i think there would have been fights all over the country. The situation would have exploded.

A few years back Theo van Gogh was killed by a Maroc.  Islamic school were set on fire and mosques were attacked. It would have been worse if yesterday was an act like that as well.

So, i meant it positive. Thnk gawd this was a native dutchman.

The guy who did it, lost his life as well.
He claimed he was aiming for the bus the queen was on. He claimed it right after he hit the statue.

Its a dark dark day. Normally Queensday is very festive. An overkill of orange dressed people. Kids selling toys and other stuff. Its a national holiday.

It wont be the same anymore. At least not the comming years.
