so theres one day to go until the start of the biggest sporting event in the world  (unless your American and probably dont even know about it ;))

good luck to all the teams ( other than France , sorry Anton ) heres hoping that England at last come good and our Dutch friends grace us with beautiful football which deserves to win but sadly fails at the last hurdle

Hey, plenty of Americans enjoy the World Cup. Even if I am more supportive of the Italian team, being of Italian descent and them being, you know, watchable.

It's like having your head stuck in a swarm of bees with that annoying instrument they use. Hate, hate, hate it.

The France v Uruguay match tonight is the sort of spectacle that would put people off watching football for ever, dreadful entertainment!

In the Scots absence I'll be cheering on the US tomorrow for all of my good friends over the ocean!

Andy, I just couldn't bring myself to do it...

I agree the Vuvuzela the south african trumpet is a pain for everyone ears.

I doesn't support France for the only reason that i hate the coach Domenech who is arroguant, pretentious and completely ignorant about football and make this team boring since 4 years and he doesn't know how to make a team then there are so many great french players available.

I even hope they will loose because he will be kicked out and replaced by Laurent Blanc who is an old french player who won the world cup in 1998.

About Ireland, i agree it's dirty what did Henry but you should not forget that Irish stolen a team with a fake penalty during the qualifications and without that ashame penalty they wouldn't won that game so the Henry'hand make the things all right for the Ireland.

My favorites are Spain (European Champions) and Argentina (because Messi) and as always Brazil the eternal favorite team.

I have a thought to Dutchs too because they have greats players but they always fall in the last hurdle.

England has a good team but they have the worst goalkeepers of the planet since ten years and no victory with a bad goalkeeper you seen why again yesterday.

Anyway i wish good luck to every teams except Italy because i hate cheaters and screw you Materazzi the butcher !
