Damien Rice New Song/Album

Damien Rice is finally coming out with a new album after 8 years, and you can listen to the title track, "My Favourite Faded Fantasy" on Spotify or Soundcloud. Don't know if there are any other Damien Rice listeners here, but I thought I'd spread the word.
"I know I said I never loved you, but I might just try again tonight."

I played the first one to pieces. The second one hardly at all, don't know what it was, it just didn't appeal at all. Will be interested to hear what this one is like though.

I heard Damien's new song on the radio today and I liked it. His 1st album was good. Really good. His 2nd album was not bad but not as good as the 1st.

Most of that second album we had heard from shows before it was released, which I think dampened enthusiasm, but there's some excellent songs on there (although I'll note that Rootless Tree is far better as a piano based song, as he played it live, than a guitar based one).

We've heard pretty little of this new one life - The Box and Greatest Bastard have been played quite a bit, and I believe Trusty and True once or twice.
