Kamio someone figured out the actual Shim Sham date later that's why the folder is labeled that way but the date was adjusted in the Database.

I seem to have three interviews
2000.03.xx Toazted ( TDL interview)
2002.05.xx Toazted ( HC interview)
2003.xx.xx MSN (HC Interview) this one has some official songs but just parts of it not full songs.

Since these are interviews and we don't have exact dates where should i put them ?

I wouldn't mind if you labelled them like that with the XX in place of unknown days. I think Simon used that on his spreadsheet for Toazted, though he used a different date format overall.

Agreed, I think we just label them as we have them.

Working on 2003 today.

Here's an inventory of TDL. It looks like this is what we're missing:

04.20.98 The Viper Room, Los Angeles

07.20.99 Lupo's Heartbrek Hotel, Providence
10.16.99 Twee Meter Sessions, Amsterdam
10.18.99 Denk ann Henk, Amsterdam
11.18.99 Ed Sullivan Theatre, New York (Letterman)
12.02.99 "Black Hat" Magness Arena, Denver
12.17.99 World Cafe, New York

01.20.00 Aragon Ballroom, Chicago
02.09.00 Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Burbank
03.24.00 Colosseum, Munchen
05.17.00 Omaha Civic Center, Omaha
05.19.00 Mark of the Quad Cities, Moline
06.11.00 Rock Im Park, Nurnburg Frankenstadion
06.12.00 Pinkpop, Landgraaf
06.23.00 Glastonbury Festival, Pilton (Full AUD Source)
08.31.00 Darien Lakes PAC, Darien Center
09.17.00 Rose Garden, Portland
10.17.00 Alltel Pavillion, Charlotte
10.22.00 TD Warehouse Center, Orlando

Anyone think they have any of these or is everyone done with their TDL collections?

I think there's a compilation I may have that has all the World Cafe performances - let me look.

I think Black Hat was just a bootleg commercial release of the FM broadcast already on there. I know I shared an incomplete version of it on CT a long time ago (I only had the first disc of Black Hat from a record store).

Yeah Simon's list only has disc 1. I haven't heard that copy, so I didn't know if there were any differences between it and the other one. But since Simon separated them on the list, I figured there was something different about it (besides it being incomplete). If you have it feel free to upload it. We have the space.

I would also note that with anything where there's a video source (like TV performances), we can always do a fresh rip from the video. I plan on doing the video dump last, but if there's video of shows we need audio for, I can push that to the front of my queue.

Yeah, I think you can wait and if after everyone uploads everything we still don't have it, then rip the videos. I have wondered about the quality of video rips. Because I know from the AAEA Live Compilation that the Pinkpop 2000 Round Here sounded amazing and is lossless, but when I'd rip the video it didn't have the same quality. Maybe I just didn't have the best video, but I haven't had audio from video rips come out lossless yet. I'm sure you & others know more about it than I do.

I honestly don't know a ton about it - have never done it myself (although I've done some work with videos on Handbrake and the like). Part of the issue of getting video from audio is what the audio source on the video is (which is why a lot of the video rips on Simon's list are lossy).

Yeah, that's probably why the video rip I had wasn't as good. I've never heard the other sources of it though, besides Round Here.

I'll look in my storage boxes this weekend and see what I have on cdr. I know I don't have any of these saved on the HD, but I think I have a few of these on discs. Just a matter of finding them.
